Abstract
The paper sketches a methodology analysis for the assessment of the urban land-use structure (ULUS) that adopting land value as the key criterion. The research includes two parts: firstly, introduce and analyze the mechanism of the ULUS self-adapting; then detailed models including pivotal formulas are developed for the simulation of the mechanism. The research can provide both theoretical analysis and feasibility demonstration for building a physical ULUS simulation system.
