Abstract :
The investment of power grid is large-scale, technical, long-term and with both economic and social benefit, thus the objective evaluation of the investment benefits capacity is the key part for the performance appraisal in power enterprises. The power grid investment benefit evaluation and decision support system (PGIBEDSS) conduct quantitative analysis of the investment benefits capacity through a series key indicator calculation. The system design has applied the synthetic evaluation method and related production management knowledge of power enterprise to construct the indicator system, evaluation model and the working mechanism for the power grid investment benefit evaluation, besides, in view of its high stability, scalability, security and usability, the system is realized based on the Struts MVC2 pattern and EJB component technology. Practical application shows it can provide effective decision support for the evaluation of power grid investment benefit.
