Abstract
This article abstracts the essential organization influence variable from the variable analysis on the cause influencing the turnover intention of knowledge employees, i.e. the influence of enterprise value on knowledge employees. Meanwhile, basis on the closely relationship between value and POF, it makes a conclusion that the POF can decrease the turnover intention of knowledge employees and designs theoretic hypothesis model. It also proposes outlooks to the further study in future.
