In response to today´s challenging environment, academic qualifications have become compulsory consideration for people to process a good position in their career. This study is conducted to identify is there any relationship of instructional leadership towards the student personality and to examine whether this has a positive or negative relationship. With the intention of measuring the lecturer´s ability to portray their leadership styles towards the students, a survey conducted among lecturers in Business Management Faculty thus, this is an effort to determine if instructional leadership issues stemming in UiTM. With regards to the objectives, a set of questionnaire was developed and distributed to 169 lecturers from five branch campuses of UiTM. Descriptive statistics that described frequency, percentage and mean was used to reach the objectives of the study. The rate of returned was high which comprised 80% of the total. The result revealed that the majority of lecturers stated that the level of instructional leadership practice is high in the faculty. N- vertheless, the level of the student performance in the Faculty drop slightly which is moderate high. As a conclusion, it was identified that there was a significant relationship between the instructional leadership and the student personality in the faculty. Some recommendations were made with regards to the improvements of the academic leader to ensure that they would be able to produce higher quality teaching towards their students.
