Abstract :
This paper dissertates the basic meaning of circular economy, and discusses circular economy modes at home and abroad and construction and current situation of coal industry circular economy park at domestic and external. It analyzes Datong Coal Mine Group Tashan coal circular economy park, researches and analyses its industrial chain settings, metabolic coupling relationship, model character, environmental, and ecological, social and economic benefits, points out its problems and successful experiences of contemporary coal circular economy park, and indicates that if you want to build circular economy park successfully, you must based on the characteristics and conditions of resource endowment, scientific design, and effectively plan the project types, sizes and technology of each chain node, cohesion, feeding and metabolic relationship between each chain, which is the key to the success of circular economy park. The core of circular economy park is to optimize the resource utilization ratio. The key point is applying the low carbon technology. The aim is to realize coordinated development between economic benefits and social environmental benefits.
