Public Participation in the Consultative System for River Management

As the economy continues to develop, people´s living standards have been improving, China´s river management technology has greatly changed, in order to manage the increasingly complex problems of river management better, the Government should increase public participation in decision-making areas. This paper analyzes the current status of national public participation and deep reasons related to public participation. And make consultative and advisory system for river management, rights and measures.
