Abstract :
With the constant expansion of FDI, some high energy consumption industries with serious pollution in developed countries have been moved to china, leaving china faced with problems like ecological degradation, retard of elimination of controlled substances, and rigid industrial structure, etc. the causes of the problems above are, the quantity expansion of the single foreign scale, the low environmental standards, and the deficiency of relevant legal system.
