Abstract
Standardization is the only way for the development of e-commerce, but whether domestic or international e-commerce standards have not satisfactory. This article analyzes the e-commerce standardization problems and obstacles from 3 parts: position and classification, formulation, monitoring and implementation. This article accounts that the source of the problems is the contradiction between e-commerce technical standards and service standards, thus leading to the centralized management of e-commerce standard is not clear. In the formulation of standards, this article proposes to solve the problem of slow e-commerce standardization progress in China by the ways from top to bottom and bottom to the top. Finally, this article puts forward three main points of monitoring and implementation on e-commerce standardization.
