A general implementation architecture for TMN systems

This paper presents an architecture and an organization of a telecommunication management system that permits an overall management of heterogeneous connected networks. The architecture is based on the integrated management concept i.e. integrating management functionalities of heterogeneous connected networks. The approach described is based on the works undertaken by the OSI and CCITT organisations on network management.
