Abstract
An easy-to-use visual authoring tool is proposed to help inexperienced users setting up an exhibition satisfying user-defined and structure-deriving constraints. Trials made with potential users yielded some considerations which have been taken as a basis for the tool interface design. A precise definition of the terms museum and visit is also given, and the placement algorithm is sketched
