Theory and Method Research on Policy Evaluation of Hi-Tech Industrialization: A Review

Policy evaluation is an important part to test the effects of policy implementation, also the important means to monitor the policy implementation. Policy evaluation of high-tech industrialization is to judge the value and performance of the high-tech industrialization policy, which is the important stage of the high-tech industrialization policy process. Based on the concept and development status of the high-tech industrialization policy evaluation, this paper will analyze the current mode and existing problems of high-tech industrial policy evaluation in China, so as to contribute the development of the high-tech industrialization policy evaluation.
