Abstract
The authors investigate a multipoint video conference system to offer full motion video, Hi-Fi audio, data, and telewriting services in ATM customer premises networks (CPN). They define a multipoint teleconference processor (MTP) which controls information flows for multipoint video conference in ATM CPN with a star configuration. They present MTP functional requirements including signaling protocol and call control procedure
