Abstract :
Instructors play a crucial role in MBA education quality, where they act as key organizers for teaching activities and disseminators of knowledge and skill. This study seeks to measure MBA teaching quality for Xi´an University of Technology (XAUT) and suggesting countermeasures for improving training performance. The paper reviews and reflects research dynamics in relation to MBA teaching measurement. This paper establishes a model of factors covering target, criterion, and sub-criterion layers to rate instructing quality. We find that teaching quality at AXUT is uncertain, mainly embodied in dissatisfactory educational solicitude, a shortage of human spirit and communication, poorly establishing instructor-student relationships and weakly nurturing students´ practical skills and techniques. XAUT should improve instructors´ educational level, practical experience and academic performance as well as increasing knowledge of liberal arts such as pedagogy and psychology. The paper proposes that XAUT should take the form of college-enterprise or Sino-foreign cooperation in MBA program.
