Abstract
Logistics activities are generally characterized by its dynamic and complexity. The measure of its services quality is often difficult to be quantified and can only be evaluated through customer perception in vague language. Based on customers´ satisfaction of Logistics service quality, this paper presents a evaluating method of comprehensive multi-attribute group-made decision based on language ordered weighted average (OWA) operator to achieve the effective evaluation of TPL logistics service quality. And through building evaluation index system from the three dimensions of logistics service performance, process, capacity, this paper makes a positive analysis to illustrate operation of the method.
