Abstract :
This paper presented a new study on the power system parameters detection under asynchronous sampling. The power system frequency was detected by the wavelet transform (WT) and the three-point algorithm (TPA). Analysis on the errors mechanism of three-point algorithm proved that the detection errors which caused by wavelet reconstruction errors can be minimized by reasonably choosing sampling number between each detection point. After error mitigation and singularity elimination, the fundament frequency can be detected in high precision. Based on the detection results of frequency, the rms and phase angle can be detected by two-point matrix algorithm (TPMA). The simulation results showed that our study has obvious advantages over earlier studies.
