Abstract :
This research proposed a novel planar magnetic bearing, the planar magnetic bearing system includes a thrust portion and a suspension portion. Aim at the strong coupling character of thrust portion, We used the auto-disturbance rejection controller to observe the inner and outside disturbance, and to achieve decoupling between the degrees of freedom. The result of research shows that the thrust control system has better static and dynamic characteristics.
