In recent years, the trade in services between Mongolia, Russia and China has some increase but the progress is very slow compared with the trade in goods among them. In order to figure out the problem, the paper applied the Grey Relational theory to analyze the international competitiveness of the service trade in China, Russia and Mongolia respectively and found the strengths and weaknesses of each country and the factors that affect the service trade competitiveness among them. Through the comparative analysis, the paper discovered that the FDI plays the most important role in the service trade and the investment in R&D and the number of personnel in the R&D is also a major factor that affects the international competitiveness. Finally, the paper put forward some advice on upgrading the service trade among these three countries.
