The Cases and the Mechanism Analysis on Different Development of Service Outsourcing Enterprises

China´s service outsourcing has become a national distribution, but it isn´t so distinctive in each region. The implementation of different development strategy aims to seize the opportunity of international industrial transition. In this way, it will be able to accelerate the step of international service outsourcing to avoid the development of strategic convergence or lower-level formatting among them, and it will be realized the coordinated development of benign competition of the service outsourcing. This paper states the mechanism of service outsourcing´s different development, the cases of service outsourcing, and countermeasures for Chinese enterprises to undertake international service outsourcing.
