Abstract :
As far as service innovation was concerned, the paper summarized and analyzed its research achievement at home and abroad from some aspects, such as concept, mode, research method and development. It considered that the basic research represented by innovation database was still inadequate, the research of service innovation tended to unification on the integration method gradually, the research tended to case study and the evaluation system needed to be improved and unified.
