Abstract :
Area of services is very diversified and supply of restaurant services belongs to the most frequently provided services. Customers around the world are increasingly encountering and using various services in restaurant sector. The literature shows that service quality is closely related to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Service quality is an important input to customer satisfaction and trust as one of the important outcomes of service quality models. This article discusses discovering customer satisfaction in the restaurant services.
