Abstract :
The mechanism of hydrometallurgy process usually is complex. It is helpful to optimize the process by using a hierarchy philosophy to construct the control system. As the progress in technologies, the lower level of the control system has been developed into fieldbus network, which makes the control system has higher precision and more flexibility. This paper discussed the methods of constructing a hierarchy control system for a hydrometallurgy process, and its realization with the help of fieldbus instrumentations.
