Abstract
Necessary and sufficient conditions for quadratic stabilizability of uncertain systems are developed. Cases of both dynamic and input-uncertain matrices are investigated, and necessary and sufficient conditions are provided for the existence of a linear feedback control. The stabilizability condition is easily translated into a linear programming problem, which, when solved, also gives a stabilizing gain
