Abstract :
In this paper we present workflows for the phylogenetic analysis of Neuraminidase genes of H5N1 isolates and Influenza viruses using a new workflow design system called Quascade-MP2. We render the packages ClustalW and PHYLIP in a new biologist-friendly workflow system which uses high performance computing in clustered computing environments to accelerate the compute- intensive parts of these workflows.
