  • Abstract
The paper solves the problem of sick bed arrangement in a hospital in order to maximize the benefit of the patients. First of all it arranges the patients according to their disease, the length of time they have been waiting, the date of operation arrangement and other factors in to an order. After that every patient will have his priority to be treated. In the process of sick bed arrangement the patients who have higher priority can be treated before those whose priority is lower, in order to ensure that patients of more urgent illness can be healed in time. In the case study, this paper created an evaluation matrix of the sick bed arrangement model. By comparing factors like rationality of waiting time before treatment and the waiting time before surgery the effectiveness of this sick bed arrangement model based on patients´ Prioritization is verified.
