Abstract :
The temporal imaging effect based applications in multiplication of repetition rate and optical short pulse equalization are demonstrated via simulation in this paper. The combination of a phase modulator and a dispersive element enable us not only to stabilize the multiplied pulse train but also to equalize adaptively the short pulse in optical signal processing.
