Abstract :
Breast cancer is one of the major causes of death in women. In developing countries there is lot of lacking knowledge regarding it. Microcalcifications in the breast are the sign of developing the cancer tissues into large, so efficient mechanism to identify the microcalcification has to be considered and developed. In this paper we propose advanced K-Means clustering approach along with the homomorphic filtering taking advantage of point processing with the negative images.
