Abstract
Although there are many ways to increase organizational creativity, this study explores the issue of increasing organizational creativity by adopting the knowledge diversity and creativity revelation processes, which have been studied separately in the past but have not been analyzed together in a single research framework. The purpose of this research is to longitudinally investigate the evolutionary pattern of organizational creativity in order to explain how the knowledge diversity and creativity revelation processes - exploitation and exploration - affect organizational creativity. Experiments are used to show the validity of the research questions based on agent-based modeling (ABM) simulation. The results of the experiment confirm that knowledge diversity and exploitation/exploration positively affect organizational creativity. However, with a time factor entered into the simulation, the results show different patterns in the longer term in regards to the effects of exploitation/exploration.
