The Co-Evolution of the Knowledge Networks and the Learning Pattern of Core Enterprise in Cluster: A Case Study of Chint Electric

With the role of the core enterprise in cluster becoming increasingly prominent, the study on the knowledge network and learning patterns of core enterprise in cluster has great significance. Based on previous research and theoretical illation, we obtain a theoretical framework. We then choose Chint Electric for case studies, and the research shows that the knowledge network and learning patterns of the core enterprise in cluster exists coupled relation, and this relation will evolve with Corporate Life cycles . In addition, for the core enterprise, which is in it´s ascension and spanning period,the main source of it´s knowledge is from the outside of cluster. These conclusions have a strong practical significance.
