Abstract :
The possibilities of adaptation of the existing device known as the Voltage Balance ETF-84 are considered to enable an electrostatic operation with a voltage of 100 kV and a weight of 1 kg. The balance itself and some its parts have to be reconstructed, as well as the high voltage resistor specially designed for this purpose.
