Abstract :
Emotion is an important variable, which affect decision making, but how emotion to affect risk decision making is still unsolved problem. The paper explored the relation emotion and risk decision making by introducing emotion (positive emotion negative emotion and control group) and Gender ( male and female) variables. The results showed that the main effect of emotion and gender were significant, but the cross effect of emotion and gender is not significant. Emotion and gender play an important role in risk decision making. The individuals with positive emotion were inclined to risk seeking, but the individuals with negative emotion were inclined to risk adverse. Relative to male, female was inclined to risk adverse. Personality difference resulted in gender difference.
