  • Abstract
    Geographical Indication, as a intellectual property, which has a great economic value, is a important issue and gap on many international trade negotiations. Since the signing of the 1994 TRIPS Agreement, the community of scholars and relevant government departments in China carried out a lively discussion on geographical indication, but which mainly concentrated on the legislative and institutional development. In order to Improve value management level, this paper , From the asset evaluation angle ,elaborated the evaluation purpose of the geographical indications property, analyzed the value influencing factors in all respects, and proposed a new idea that was not limited to assess the value of assets on a specified day , designed a evaluation model of geographical indication property using the excess earnings method and fuzzy forecast method.
