Abstract
SAR interferometry is a relevant tool for Earth monitoring. The across-track mode is capable of generating high-resolution terrain elevation maps. Their quality is governed by the correlation of the SAR image pair which are used to generate the interferogram. Baseline decorrelation is considered emphasizing the importance of the surface scattering
