Abstract :
A canonical form of multi-input controllable descriptor systems is proposed, and a transformation procedure with admissible equivalence transformations is constructed. Controllability indices and the effects of proportional feedback are explicitly represented, and a natural extension of the result for regular systems is obtained. A relationship to the matrix fraction description is indicated
