Abstract :
This paper presents performance analysis of BPSK, QPSK and 8PSK modulations with Golay coding, Hamming coding and Convolution coding using communication system implemented in LabVIEW. Different order modulations combined with different coding schemes, allow sending more bits per symbol, thus achieving higher throughputs and better spectral efficiencies. Linear modulation techniques are bandwidth efficient and hence more useful for wireless communication system. Also this paper presents the performance analysis of block codes and convolution code both. The performance comparison is made on the basis of BER over AWGN channel.
