The Impacts of Industrial Cluster´s Network and Knowledge Integration Capability on Firms´ Innovation Performance

Industrial cluster´s network and knowledge integration capability are important factors for firms´ innovation performance .This paper studies the relationships between them with empirical research method.The result shows that both network structure and network relationship of industrial cluster have significant positive effect on innovation performance;Both internal knowledge integration and external knowledge integration have significant positive effect on innovation performance;Both network structure and network relationship have a positive correlation with knowledge integration capability.Knowledge integration capability has positive correlation with innovation performance.Network structure and network relationship have influence on innovation performance by the mediating role of knowledge integration capability.
