Abstract :
The authors present improvements in covariance majorant analysis. Specifically, less conservative (i.e. smaller) upper bounds are developed for the cost functions. Lower cost bounds are also developed. The reduced conservatism of the new bound is illustrated by considering the robustness of a pair of nominally uncoupled oscillators with respect to uncertain coupling
