Abstract :
With the rapid development of modern eye medical science, requirement of high quality human eye fundus imaging become imperative. Measure and correction of the human eye fundus high-order aberration accurately could help us to improve the visual system. It is very important for experiment and clinical medicine. And spherical aberration is the highest impact factor in retinal imaging. Therefore, to improve fundus imaging quality the research of this kind of aberration correction has important realistic significance.
