  • Abstract
    With the purpose of doing quantification of individual tacit knowledge, this paper discusses different classifications of the recessive knowledge from all aspects and does further research of the secondary index subordinating to every index in order to design a psychological scale including questions corresponding to different indexes, with which the individual tacit knowledge was successfully quantified.
