Research on the Management Strategies of Implicit Knowledge in Libraries of College

With the development of knowledge economy, the knowledge is turning into the real productive force from the underlying one. Therefore, the management of knowledge becomes an effective way to raise the public service capability of library. This paper starts from the connotations and characteristics of implicit knowledge to analyse the detailed manifestations of it in the college´s libraries. In this way, the management strategies of the implicit knowledge in libraries of college is put forward.
