  • Abstract
A microwave, bi-polarization radiometer method for detection and identification of observed surface anomalous formations and estimation of principal characteristics some of them is developed. Detection and classification are carried out by taking into account correlative features of vertically and horizontally polarized components of observed surfaces radiothermal radiation signals. Microwave bi-polarization radiometer detector-identifier, as well as radiometer system for wind and temperature fields characteristics determination are suggested
