Abstract
With the rapid growth of E-commerce, how to provide accurate and valuable information for customers is the main problem that the personalized recommendation system needs to solve. To this end, the paper develops a personalized recommendation system model based on customer feedback and focuses on the recommendation algorithm. The system can dynamically adjust the results based on the customer feedback information. And then ,it improves the accuracy of personalized recommendation and the customer satisfaction.
