  • Abstract
    In the environment of intellectual economy, e-commerce has become an important business mode. Meanwhile, risks exist in any kind of business mode. This article analyzes the influential factors of the risks of e-commerce mode by examining the connotation of the risks of e-commerce mode. In the following, it conducts risk evaluation of e-commerce mode and give recommendations of responding to the risks of e-commerce mode.
