Abstract :
This paper evaluates efficiency of the depot resource allocation by DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method. Firstly, analyzing resource consumption and the benefits of the depot, and then setting up evaluation index system, and then building modeling of the depot resource allocation C2R by model of DEA and solving the model by DEAP2.1 software. Finally, verifying the rationality of a depot resource allocation by the method, and getting the slacks of the relative high efficiency and resources optimal allocation, and obtaining the conclusion of the depot resource allocation.
