Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. We have reported the generation a steady-state glow discharge at atmospheric pressure using a one atmosphere uniform glow discharge plasma reactor at UTK. We have explored the industrial use of this reactor with a parallel-plate configuration. In this paper, we have carried out a parametric study of an atmospheric air plasma. We expect to report the voltage, current, and light output waveform as a function of time. This result will be used to diagnose a one atmosphere uniform glow discharge flat-plate reactor.
