Abstract :
A major problem in process control is that the many multivariable relationships in a process are not easily discernible from the raw data. System cultivation is a scheme for defining and monitoring these multivariable relationships on a daily basis. Through these relationships a systematic framework for identifying system problems can be defined. An application of the basics of system cultivation to a simple process is presented
