  • Abstract
    In this paper, a software tool called iSIGHT is used to facilitate the integrated electrical and thermal analysis of integrated power electronics modules (IPEMs). The data exchange between I-DEAS, Saber and Maxwell Q3D Parameter Extractor has been achieved. Furthermore, tradeoff between minimizing EMI and improving thermal performance has been explored
