Abstract :
This paper analyses PNLMS algorithms based on the sparse nature of echo path impulse response. For the problems of PNLMS algorithms in realization process of DSP chips an improved algorithm is presented. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm can effectively improve the convergence rate, robustness, etc., and reduce the computational complexity. Finally, the improved PNLMS algorithm is applied to the C54X DSP chips, the Program Implementation Method is presented, and gives filtering effect of the improved PNLMS algorithm by simulation test.
