Abstract
System reconfiguration design is to find the design schemes that meet the real requirements. The reconfiguration design process is the process that the problems are solved. The extension model of the automatic visual inspection (AVI) system based on matter-element analysis theory is provided, and the transformation process for image preprocessing schemes is described by extension transformation methods. At last, the engine piston inspection is built successfully using the method. The result shows that this design method can quickly meet the individual requirements of the special inspection task.
