A case study for technologys´ plan projects management system

In order to improve the management efficiency and normative for technology projects management, an application online system of technology projects management which the C# language and B/S framework based on the Visual Studio .NET 2008 are used to developed and introduced detailed in this paper. The proposed system achieved the cooperator with projects applications´ personals, application employer, reviewers and project management department to manage the plan projects. The proposed system functions include the projects application, review, the acceptance and achievement transformation of plan projects which can obtained the institutionalization and normative for technology projects progressing. The project application, the project examining information and the project maintaining information can be improved convenient for the applied person. The employer and the projects management department can impalement the projects progress tracing and the application of institutionalization. The application effects are demonstrated that the management efficiency was increased by using the proposed system.
