Abstract :
This paper presents the design and measurement results of a new active phased antenna array using Injection- locking oscillators. The required phase relation for each array element is obtained by electronic tuning through injection-locking technique, and the beam-scanning capability is demonstrated, so a shifterless beam scanning method is proposed, and its feasibility is verified through 1times4 element phase array.
